Why Choose Our EV Charging Couplers Impact Test Machine?
  • Meet mandatory IEC 62196-1:2026 standard compliance
The machine fully fulfils Clause 26.2 anti-drop impact test requirements for EV charging couplers and connectors. It can accurately output 1J–4J specified impact energy corresponding to different rated currents, enabling products to pass third-party certification and market access inspections.
  • Verify structural safety of charging product enclosure
EV plugs and sockets frequently collide or drop during daily plugging, unplugging and transportation. This equipment simulates real-world drop and swing impact conditions to detect cracks, deformation or internal circuit damage of plastic enclosures, avoiding field safety failures after mass production.
  • Two-in-one test mode improves lab efficiency
It integrates vertical free drop and horizontal pendulum swing impact functions in one unit, eliminating the need to purchase two separate testers. Users can quickly switch test modes to complete all impact test items for charging components, saving lab space and procurement costs.
  • Highly accurate and repeatable test results
Equipped with electric height adjustment and electromagnetic release structure, the machine ensures fixed drop posture and stable impact energy calculated by E=mgH. Test data has excellent consistency, supporting reliable comparative analysis of different product prototypes or material solutions.
  • Support full-range product development and quality control
Applicable for new product R&D material verification, prototype performance assessment, batch incoming quality inspection and finished product routine reliability testing. It provides objective impact resistance data for engineers to optimise shell material thickness and structural reinforcement design.
