Product Overview


 

Load Cabinet for Breaking Capacity Test – IEC 62196-1:2020 Compliant

This load cabinet is designed in strict accordance with IEC 62196-1:2020 Clause 22, making it ideal for breaking capacity tests on electrical components such as plugs, sockets, switches, connectors, and relays. It features single-phase power output and single-phase load input, and supports resistive, inductive, or capacitive load configurations to simulate a wide range of operating conditions.

Constructed from durable iron plates with a powder-coated finish, the cabinet ensures long-term reliability. It is equipped with four lockable caster wheels for easy mobility and stable positioning. The upper control panel includes an intuitive layout with a power switch, load switch, digital voltmeter, ammeter, power meter, power factor meter, power-on counter, and load type selectors. Operators can easily choose between load modes and fine-tune capacitance via dedicated switches.

Internally, the cabinet integrates a comprehensive resistor–inductor–capacitor (RLC) load system, supported by a high-efficiency forced-air cooling mechanism. All components, including control circuit boards and output wiring terminals, are neatly arranged for safe and efficient operation.

This versatile and robust testing solution is suitable for laboratories, R&D centers, and quality control environments requiring precise and reliable load simulation. Customization is available upon request.
